I do NOT offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders.
In the case of personalized orders, I will send you a proof to be approved within a given time frame. If that time frame passes with no contact from you, the order will be assumed to be correct and the item will be made and shipped.
Please be sure of all spellings for personalized items--items will be made EXACTLY as typed. The ONLY exception to this rule is to fix incorrect apostrophe usage.
I will be shipping via USPS. Most items will ship USPS Priority and you will receive tracking information. Rates will follow USPS rates.
